Gamer tag

Hi all quick question i have a few saved games on an older gammer tag. Since getting an xbox again can i take the saves over to my new tag or are they linked permanently to the old one??

You can transfer most (if not all) of them but you wont be able to earn achievements on them.

Yes as you wont be able to use them under the new tag - they are locked at a tag/console id level.
