Came across Gamercap the other day which if you have the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro it will make you dump the included software faster than a fast thing 
Not sure if it's just me but i find the Roxio software a dogs dinner being as slow as hell and just sooooooo laggy plus half the time most of my captures would be filled with video glitches also if you wanted to add your own voice to your gaming vids it was a nightmare of cables going in and out of the Roxio it was so bad i gave up and bought a Hauppauge Rocket
Well the other day i found GamerCap which is everything the Roxio software should have been simple to use and works as it should with no more glitchy video's plus it doesn't try and kill your PC i've not heard my fans kick in once while using unlike the Roxio software
Also and one of it's best features it lets you record from a mic plugged into your PC which is added to the captured video
Software also works with many other capture devices as i also use with my Rocket
