Gamers - What is your opinion on the Razer ManO'War

Hi chap....If I'm honest I don't know how people rate this headset but I came very close to buying 1..I got the logitech g933s and unfortunately no matter how much this set was rated I had nothing but software issues on 2 sets that I tried. I got the steelseries siberia 800s in the end. The only reason I did not get the razers was that I got the 800s for not much more than the razers. The the more reviews you read the more some people say good things about stuff and just as many say bad things. In my experience just buy what you like and if you like it that's all that matters
 
I had the Razer Chimaera 5.1 wireless headset, the build quality was poor, the optical was useless, the battery life sucked and to top it off it cost £150. I ended up replacing them with the SteelSeries Siberia 650 7.1, although not wireless are far superior for about the same price.

Is there ant main advantage to get a wired one?

P.S - I would sacrifice wireless for sound quality on games where I can hear people sneaking etc

if your considering going down the headphone and mic road i would check out a guy on youtube called z reviews...man he knows his stuff and he does a review of a moda boom ro mic ..i think its called...just check out his reviews ..i think it will open your eyes to headphones in a big way.....tbh ive thought about getting rid oif my 8oos and getting the phillips x2 and moda boom pro..
