I'm very tempted to stop buying games and instead get them on an online keep it as long as you want rental scheme. £15 a month for 3 games you say VIRII? That seems great value for money, I normally buy a couple a month and sell one or two as well. At £40 each thats £80 I spend and taking into account postage costs I get maybe £50 back at most so I'm spending £30 a month as it is

Another option is to get games from playasia,, they dont have all games but still a good selection ive just got farcry,gun and Tomb raider all for £65 I can play em as long as I like and sure ill still get my money back when I sell em on the bay,, crazy when you think 3 games in Game store = £150,,, Playasia = £65

Oh and if you are wondering what to say. In High Wycombe Game, I have said the following many many times:

Shopkeeper : "Why do you want to return this? Its a great game"

I bought King Kong from GAME High Wycombe last Tuesday, I returned it yesterday, no questions asked. I just strolled up to the desk with King Kong in one hand Kameo in the other, and said "I want to return this on your 10 Money Back Garentee Jobby and exchange it for this." No questions asked.

Was wondering why you were on Kameo last night. I thought there was a problem with the dashboard

Yeah I bought Madden pre-owned and then swapped it for Ridge Racer pre-owned at Game, which was £10 cheaper.

They gave me a £10 "Gift Card"

Serves me right for buying in the High Street tbh

Once? As long as you don't swap games every 10 days without fail they won't care. I have done it 5-6 times on the trot though, eventually a game will last more than 10 days. GRAW was supposed to be a 10 day return game. I was going to get oblivion.

I use screen select as well, 30 day trial for free. I still have a over a week to go, Ive got through NHL2k6 Fifa world cup and NBA2k6. Games I fancied that I wouldn't normally buy. But just a blast for a few days.

Also with that Ive had dvd's in the mix. I keep my list to 6-8 to make sure I'm getting a game with each despatch

Hoping to get xmen on rental then I will cancel for a few months til more titles build up.

Using swapgame for rentals atm. 2 games at a time for 14.99 a month, cant fault them tbh. Would have gone with screenselect but I've heard bad things about them not sending out games etc..

Not quite horror stories but I've read enough bad comments on AVForums to put me off. They may be alright now, but when I needed a rental company, swapgame seemed to be the pick of the bunch.
