My suggestions for Xbox 360:
Pirates! (surely it'd just work perfectly on the 360)
X-Wing v Tie Fighter (rework the original PC game and it's a sure fire winner!)
actually that's all I can think of at the moment been wanting a game of both of those all week but can't be bothered installing them on my laptop
