want to get my g/f 4 year old daughter used to "pooters" , she does like to sit with me and watch random youtube videos, i have a spare PC with a GTX 650, i picked up one of those large kids keybaords and mice from amazon. Anyone recommend any websites or any games on Steam. Hopfully not to americanised. particularly looking for something to teach wirtten letters and numbers, she knows most colours if that helps. (well more than me as im colour blind lol)

One from my childhood that I think is still around is Math Blaster
I'd highly recommend it

Not the weird CG thing I have no idea what that abomination is

This might sound weird, but you'll probably be best off getting a Commodore 64 emulator like CCS or WinVice and some educational games for it. The C64 was awash with what you're looking for. Just right for a 4-year-old.
I could help out with some of those.

Can't beat an amazon fire HD 10 for kids stuff. Loads of games, all educational / learning / fun. Can set content suitable for age.

We got the wee man a switch last Christmas (was 5 then) and Mario Kart is no.1. Struggles with actual Mario or luigis mansion, don't think he'd fair well on a pc.
