Games expected to be seen at E3 July 2007

Yeah I think the old format was better, kind of defeats the point in having a gameshow if only the press get to see it, and none of the actual gamers who buy them and would really like be get to talk to the developers and learn about the games. They may as well just fill in questionaires. At least in Japan they know how to do things properly with the Tokyo gameshow allowing the public to attend.
 
Road Rash 2 sounds good and new version of Sim City definitely on the shopping list.

Not that it will interest many people on here but there's no mention under the EA banner of the Train Simulator Kuju are developing and supposedly out later this year.

Also no mention of GTA IV?

But the point is that E3 was never meant to be that. It was always meant to be a trade show. It was always meant to be about people in the industry networking and showing off their products to each other. The hundreds of random people probably got in the way of that.

Yeah it got pretty insane in the last year, with every best buy employee under 30 going to it. I still will not rest until i get to go to one of those, i just guess that it wont be the fabled E3 anytime soon.

It's a lot better for its original purpose now. You dont have the reporters running around getting swamped by booth babes and crowds of slack jawed yokels while going between interviews and trying to get to every booth in 2 days.
 
I like what they have done with the new format of E3 actually, split it in two so that journalists can have peace and quiet to marvel at the games, while us loonies stand and drool over the new crysis footage :D .
Looks like I need to save money more money though, some great looking titles, hope the new chronicles of Riddick is as good as Butcher's bay.
 
1st time ever im almost only lookign forward to ea games alone.

only 3 games outside ea im also looking forward to, thats juiced 2 from thq, and farcry 2 and assasins creed, rest just EA games :eek: .
