Games for a toddler?

Oh and fighting games, with an arcade stick if you have one but KB will be fine. Stick them in a training match where the opponent doesn't fight back, no time limit so it never times out and just watch them mash random hits together.
 
When much younger my kids used to love the friv.com website and find flash based games there.

Also.. tetris?
 
Thanks for the most of the suggestions :) She happily uses a kindle kids and my phone I'll check out the kids section on steam
