Games for Logitech G25

rFactor all the way for me. Of all the sims I've played it's the one I come back to again and again, and the amount of mods/tracks now available for it is mind boggling.

Looks great, I'm downloading rfactor as we speak :) .

Just wondering: Is GTR 2 good to play online? I have full version single player, but thinking if it might be worth getting online as well...?

Very pretty, but it's wip, and it's a mod...you can't drift properly in bog-standard rFactor as far as I have read.

Is it also true that development of the current version of rFactor is now finished, so your gonna have to wait and pay for the next version for the next round of physics updates ?

In all honesty it is a little 'bare' with the standard content, it really comes alive with the mods. Go here for every mod you'll need:

You can in some mods, but it is pretty damn difficult. It's mainly down to the tyre model of each individual mod rather than rF itself. The main thing with this drift mod is it's tyre model.

I haven't read that anywhere myself, unless I've missed something.

I'm getting a G25 in the next week or two. I already have GTR2 and TOCA3 on the way to me in the post. I'll be ordering Race the WTCC game too as you can race the old BMW E30 m3's and other old cars aswell as the new ones I will probably buy GT LEGENDS again too as it was a good game. I had Test Drive Unlimited for my 360 and it was superb, I will definitely be getting that. Have you managed to find a seat of some kind to mount the steering wheel, pedals and gearbox on as I have had a look but can't locate any :)

Version 1.250 represents the last update for the current version of rFactor. Although there are many other features we would have liked to have released, they were not ready. Our focus right now is on defining our development plan for future versions and products.

Knew I wasn't imagining it :)

Right, I got my G25 yesterday :) . I'm enjoying GTR2 atm, but I don't get it to be fully manual gearing... Right now it's like a semi automatic gearbox, so I can change gears without clutching. Anyone knows how I get fully manual so that I have to clutch while gearing? I tried turning off automatic clutch, but that is only like when I'm stopping and starting(or else I will choke the engine)

Little response... Anyhow, I just installed rFactor which was bundled with this steering wheel. But how do I activate so I get the full version?? Right now I'm just getting the demo...

If I remember correctly (read it somewhere) the real life race cars don't need a clutch to change gear - it's needed for starts though.
I was a little disappointed too - didn't feel like I was getting full use out of my G25 ;) - but you get used to it.
I only play GTR2 and I only drive using the gear shifter, but I do use the clutch on the start line and it's best to use it if you change down more than a couple of gears, epspecially at high speed or you'll either find yourself in a spin, or your engine will disintegrate :D
Great wheel but I found it best to turn the force feedback down to about 45-50% (I'm a weakling :p )

if i remember right, theres an option to buy when u start the demo up, then just follow the instructions and it unlocks. Has any1 tryed richard burns rally with g25?
