Games judder and fps drop

I need a little help as i cant get one game to run completely smooth without it juddering or getting a drop in fps. Even though fraps says its running at 60+ fps it just dont look like it. See sig for my spec any advice would be greatful

What model 570 is it? Was it a refurb?

Its the palit version bought from overclockers as oc brand my benchmark resualts are fine though.

Card is brand new gpuz and afterburner are reading all fine i even stress tested the card with that burn in with no problems. My score in 3dmark2011 basic is p5700

if stock cpu bottleneck would probably be answer

overclock cpu high as you can bet its a lot better.

Are you using a wireless card? I get this all the time as my wireless connection drops.. it manifests as juddering, whilst my FPS remains stable.

my cpu was pre overclocked by overclockers running at 3.1 ive formated the drive seems to be running better now its deff not a bottleneck gpuz shows my gpu running @ 98/99% activity when gaming
