Games like freelancer?

Is there any other space games like freelancer that are fully multiplayer, yes i know theres eve-online which im already on that, any others?

X3 is the best space sim by a mile, but its not multiplayer unfortunately

Edit: should also mention that there has been rumours of a x online game (and the site has been registered) but no details at all on this.

And Elite 4 may also be multiplayer if it ever sees the light of day.

I'm not holding my breath.

Don't go anywhere near X3, expecting it to be like Freelancer! I loved Freelancer, X3 is not the same kind of light/quick to learn affair as Freelancer was.

If you're prepared to put in A LOT of work to learn the game, then go for X3.

Dont start me on Elite 4... I feel like going down to frontier and giving them what for!
