Games (or CD/DVDs for that matter) wanted list maker/website?

Hi.

I was wondering if there is a website/piece of software that exists anywhere that has a catalogue of games on etc, and you can make a wanted list to keep track of games you would like.

I ask because, there are so many games for so many platforms i often forget! which is annoying me as im sure i have missed out on some awesome titles through the years.

Any ideas guys? or does this even make sense?

Gamespot has one, you can add all the games you own, and want to own on it.
