Games Performance

I know some people that have the AMD X2 Dual Core Processors have trouble playing some games like Call of Duty (Not updating completed checkpoints leading to reload of level) and I was wondering if the Conroe Core Duo runs into the same problems ?

Not sure mate, but i think the problem you mention was fixed with a patch

yeah it did solve the COD problem but when he tries to play Company of Heroes (He is using onboard sound and a Radeon X300 256MB) it is jerky as hell but yet he can play COD2 no problem.

I'm surprised COH even runs with a x300! After playing it for a while I have noticed that increased CPU clocks drasticly improve the gameplay when there are lots of things going on at once.

So he is gonna need a new graphics card.

Well I don't think it will solve the bugs but it will certainly improve gaming performance!
