games stuttering?

is it possible for game stutter (which is when you look around it stutters, not freezes just like stutters very minimaly but noticable) when your only running 1 gig of memory? im playing all games at MAX settings as usual, but only have 1 gig until the end of the week, and ive noticed all my games are stuttering, ive reformated twice and still it persists, so could my 1gig of ram be the cause? not enough for the high textures?

What games are you running?

Sounds like a result of lack of RAM + writing data to disk instead to me.

uhhh, sometimeas CSS, just played hitman blood money, that ran awful, was getting nice frames, but the stutter was obvious, oh its not loading stutter btw like in oblivion, just looking around stutter if you know what i mean, also, ive been playing a lot of track mania nations, this has suffered as well... i would say most games tbh. also, all games are read from disk as i dont like to keep cd's in the computer. oh and NW2 had it as well.

razer diamond back limited edition..... ok, when i roll it accross my screen on desktop, i can kind of see it stutter lol, hold on, ill test my spare logitec mx518

nope, same problem, so its not the mouse, also, ive fully updated directx and am using 163.76 drivers with my cards overclocked to 630/1010 and my cpu is at a 100% stable state of 3.6ghz, and im still using one of my raptors as my OS drive
