Games with the most replayability value?

Resident evil 2 completed it untold amount of times used to scare the hell out of me when I was bit younger lol, still managed to complete it then though.
 
I struggle to play games more than once. This only improved after getting consoles.

So far, the only games I have ever played more than once are Uncharted 1 & 2, Batman AA, Ninja Gaiden 2, Mass Effect, Gears of war, Dead Space,

Don't think I ever even finished more than a handful of games in all my years gaming on PC, but have finished loads on consoles over the last couple of years.
 
Ninja Gaiden - I completed it in various difficulties at least 10 times.
Fallout 3 - have already finished it twice on the Xbox, now going through it again on my laptop
Dead Rising - it's just stupidly fun to play, any game where you can impale zombies with shower heads is just awesome :D
 
StarCraft and Street Fighter. Played hundreds of hours of those.

Basically any competitive game has the most play time in it.
 
Fallout 3 with and without its DLC has massive amounts of replayability as well as content.

Final Fantasy 13 is ok too although it's a bit of a struggle to get through the first disk.
 
theres not many games that i can complete and then re-do?

the closest ill say is...pokemon but only because each new edition is basically like re-completing the previous and the new pokemon u catch u can add to your existing collection...

i think the only game ive ever properly replayed is FFVII but thats with 3-4 years between attempts...

That's about all I can think of, no doubt they've already been said though :)

The shmup list could go on and on. It's just a genre I find very replayable.
