Games with the most replayability value?

Just curious on your thoughts. Which games can you 'complete' then go back through again and again? Online components count too, didn't take me long to complete MW2, but I've got a few hours of fun out of the MP so far.

Oh, and which game would you say has the longest SP mode?
 
I have found FFXIII to be one of the best games I have ever played. Never played a FF before this one and loving it!

I have seen some people rack up well over 100hrs of play time and still going!!

I am sure you mean FFXIII (13?) I'm on 100 hours and 6 minutes :) I have not played an FF game for a few years but this has sucked me straight back in.

Only other games I have hammered into triple figures (or close) in the last few years are Burnout Paradise, Little Big Planet, SF4, Tekken 5, Uncharted 2, Lumines, Gears of War (1), Peggle, Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Resident Evil 2 & MGS 2.

I have finished both a silly amount of times, especially MGS2. Yes people didn't like raiden but the game itself was awesome, so addictive and good fun running abround whilst invisable.

I don't really need to say much about res 2. People already know how good it is and it is probs the best game i've played.

Longest SP game i have played is mass effect 2, i finished it in around 35 hours and loved every minute which is strange for me as i normally don't bother with those type of games and found mass effect 1 really boring!
 
Demon Souls - 250 hours over 2 characters.
Oblivion - 160 hours and had only closed 2 gates.
Fallout 3 - just over 100 hours to fully complete it (not GOTY edition)

Demon Souls is the only game out of the 3 that I could play over and over again, mainly helping out others rather than doing my own quest.
 
Cod2, just can't uninstall it, especailly love Hill 400 :)
Played it so many times and have completed the game on All difficulties several times.
 
Ratchet and Clank games. I'm pretty sure they are some of the only games I've actually strived to complete and then complete again about 6 more times. :)

How fast can you do it? Next time I play I'll be hoping to get under four hours. On speeddemosarchive there's a video of someone doing it in two and a half.
 
GTA IV for me 2, got it on xbox and pc aswell as eflc for xbox and will get that for pc too once its out.

i must have over a 1000 hours clocked up on GTA IV.
