Conferences are:
Microsoft: August 4 - 3pm UK
EA: August 5 - 9am UK
Call of Duty: August 5 - 6pm UK
Blizzard: August 6 - 5pm UK
Not the best times for most of us...
No Sony conference this year and I dont think Nintendo has a Direct around Gamescom (which is probably understandable). Dont think Ubisoft or Activision have anything either. All will have games on the show floor and no doubt some (minor) announcements...
MSs conference will revolve around coverage for Scalebound, Quantum Break, and Crackdown. EA will rely on FIFA and hopefully more Battlefront, while Blizzard will reveal the latest WoW expansion
