Gamespy 3d / arcade?

Hi Guys,

Does anyone use Gamespy 3D anymore? Does it support vista 64 and COD4? I've tried Gamespy arcade and i can't seem to view the available servers.

Ok just saw this thread and it appears that Gamespy does not support vista lol. What does everyone use to manage games under vista 64? Is there an alternative?

Sorry for the noob questions BTW.

I'm interested in this also as I've recently got back into games like BF2, TF2 and DOD after spending a few years playing WoW. Installed Gamespy Arcade on Vista64 and it locks up everytime I try to run it.

Seems that "The All Seeing Eye" has been killed off also

Found the fix although it's a crappy workaround. Now it can't find COD4 lol.

I tend to use Steam. Don't think you can browse servers, etc under it but you can add executables to the My Games section so you can run it through steam and have the ingame steam overlay in most games.

Maybe xfire? I don't use that anymore though.

GS:A/3D was dropped by the community for xfire, GS made Comrade but no one uses it.

ASE rocks, Yahoo should push it more...

Just a web page that will give you the IP addresses of active servers for different games, think you can download some software to launch the Game from the web page.
