Is there a reason Game and Gamestations customer services are still closed from before xmas ??? The email address results in delivery failure after 2 days as well !!!
 
I'm having trouble with Game at the moment too - my account has been hacked I think and contacted them before Christmas. Had a couple of replies but they've been useless and on one occasion an email I had from them said 'thanks for confirming that you want your account deleted'.
Absolutely useless, I hope Game go bust.
 
Their price fixing really annoys me. And I also hate this "two seperate businesses" pap used for such a wide difference in the online/in-store pricing.
 
Urgh so is this why no one has replied to me about my Skyrim? What an utter fail.

tl;dr I bought Skyrim for cheap before Xmas, ordered it to my work. Royal Mail failed to manage to deliver to my work, so it got returned to sender (why? I don't know, I've checked the obvious e.g. address) and I got an email the other day. Asked them to resend to my home address, no reply.

I've been fueling my Skyrim lust with Fallout 3, but I'm nearly finished all the DLC...
