Gaming and editing build

I have decided to lower my budget to £500.

I'm going to be gaming (max or high settings with good frame rate), video and photo editing.

Not bothered whether AMD or Intel.

Don't need peripherals, just OS.

Blu-Ray drive would be nice, but if it's out of my budget I don't mind.
