Gaming build ~1k

Going to build a new pc mainly for gaming and spreadsheet work/general web browsing. I want something quiet hence the case - wont be overclocking so dont think temp is going to be an issue.

The only question I have - is the GPU good enough or should I go for something more beefy? I play MMORPG (WoW), SC2 and want to be able to play Diablo 3 at max settings when it comes out. Never a big fan of FPS since my Vaio Z cant handle it but may give Crysis 2 a try with this new pc. I supposed I can always go X-fire later on? I know the new GPUs are around the corner...

Budget around 1-1.1k excluding the monitor (have already ordered it)

If you're not overclocking
1) Why not ?
2) Why spec an overclocking Motherboard and processor ?

You could save money getting H67 motherboard then get a better GPU.
Also Crucial M4 would be a better choice for SSD
and Samsung F4 2TB hard drive
after market cooler not really needed if not overclocking, unless it's for quietness then I'd recommend the Gelid Tranquillo.

would go with some corsair ram or kingston at same timings but cheaper save about £20 to put with the graphics card.

Personally I'd go for something like this and you can overclock it to ~ 4.4GHz with one click.
Mine does 4.6GHz with one click (Some do more, some less) and can easily go over 5GHz manually.
I run it @ 4.6GHz 24/7 with manual settings and offset voltage, because I run all my fans on low, temps hardly ever go over 45C.
