A friend of mine wants a budget gaming build for £400. I dont think hes too fussed on many games, just wants the option of being able to play a few I think.

Just needs the Barebones, Case, PSU, Mobo, Cpu, RAM, GPU.

No idea on the games to be honest, as hes never played any on PC. I dont think games are mega important put it that way. I think HD/bluray playback would be more important.

He's getting 23-24" 1920x1080 monitor

Hes changed his mind now, just wants a computer for watching online streams and browsing. He's surely better off just getting a cheap home pc for less money isn't he?

Yeah he might as well get a Dell or something if that's the case. No an AMD Zacate though if he wants to watch Netflix. If so he'll need a Llano or an Intel machine.
