Gaming build £400

This is probably not going to be easy, but I gotta build a new pc for my little brother, the budget his parents have set is £400.

I will figure out the monitor/peripherals for him but I need the rest.

I have a case laying around (Bitfenix Phenom Mini-ITX)

What would you guys put together for £400 max?

I'm not expecting top end but he plays a few source engine games, minecraft etc so those games need to run without issues.

I would take the spec above but grab a gpu from the member's market, £98 will easily net you an R9 290.

build above is good if you had a micro atx case, this is the best i could come up with that isnt too old.. for your budget as a new build goes you best of APU, but the only real ITX boards going on here that fits the budget are the AM1 models, but no AM1 processors listed any more it seems otherwise you could get a nice i5k or i7k system used for that much or less depending on the rest of the spec.
