I need a gaming build £700-£850 Max, everything. I want to be able to play the latest games at high settings. And I want specifically Intel based, as I have had bad experience with AMD. Thanks, and everything is greatly appreciated.

Well, I could build myself, but I don't know what the fees are if overclockers build it, but I would want to know the fee.

And do overclockers supply coupon codes or something, cause I've noticed the prices are really high then most stores.

Choosing a cheap motherboard will have an effect on system itself, will I notice and lagage ect...? What's the difference from getting a mobo like Asus maximum Gene or even Hero.

The board will not effect performance at all.

More expensive boards have extra features like SLI support (also do crossfire at 8X/8X instead of 16X/4X) and more/better power circuitry to help overclock better, this Z97 board will allow you to overclock but not break any world records.

Sure, thanks do overclockers offer coupon codes or anything, and can the motherboard be improved to a btter one or even the GFX.

Just noticed that the graphics card is old, It's a used GPU. I'd want to Opt out on that. Also I have a Windows 8.1 OEM disk that I bought 2 months before on a offer.

Will it be able to run latest games at high or extreme settings? Like GTA 5 at max settings, Far cry, basically the heavy GPU games.

It comes with the normal intel one.

Is the best system that I am able to build specifically for gaming for the price, and I would prefer known brand coolers and other components just for safety.

Including, the PSU, I've never actually heard of sunflower PSU, Sorry in advance, I know I'm bound to make mistakes in this field.

Its not,

You asked for a better board, that has one of the cheapest Z87 board gigabyte sell/sold.

A cheaper case (only one fan for a start).

And if you do get free delivery (unless you live outside mainland UK) then what I did comes to £783.

I live within the UK, and I do require a decent case.

Is it possible to have options open for other case designs and better ones, and power supply unit also? But I do love the build.

Would this be a perfect build in terms of power for money or do you think I should wait a while, is there any other builds?

Okay. This is the final build but customer support is bit slow with the response. Just waiting upon them now most likely will order the parts.

Forgot to mention something really important I would like to have a Wifi added so that I don't need to pull a wire tru the entire house.
