Gaming Build under £1350

At the moment I am on the look-out for a build under 1350 pounds including mouse, keyboard and monitor.

I will be using this system for video editing and for gaming so I would need an i7 processor.

I don't need an OS and I have in mind to buy this HAF X bundle. The power supply might not be enough for the system so I might have to sell it and get a profit.

I actually have a budget of around 1450 but the shipping costs are around 105 pounds using Euro 48 because I live in Malta.

*Edit* I might sacrifice buying a monitor for now and using my LG 32" TV, so I would be able to spend all 1350 pounds on components only. Should I?

On the Kingston Ram Product Description there is written:
M/B Chipset: INTEL P67

The motherboard is Z68. Are they compatible?
