Gaming computer upgrade advice

I'd like to get some advice on what I could easily upgrade on my computer.

Here is what I have at the moment.

Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66Ghz 2.67Ghz
Gigabyte P35-DS3R
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS 512
2x Corsair CM2X1024-6400

Also nothing is OCed on my computer, I was wondering maybe if that was worth it?

I'd overclock the CPU, shouldn't be difficult to get 30% overclock... Then a nice GFX card upgrade would give you a nice boost in performance...

Probably worth waiting till the new ranges are out.

Yes, the E7650 should do 3.6

4Gb Ram is cheap atm

Nothing wrong with the GTS, so I'd clock it and be done
