Hey all, I have a some knowledge of PC basics but when putting it all together to make a build I'm useless and have no clues of what to pick for my specific needs.

I'm a graphic design, motion designer/animator and a video editor. (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator as well as Cinema 4D and programs like that). Also, in my spare time I like to play the graphical intense AAA games. In the future, it will be things like the new Battlefield.

Looking to make a completely new build. Looking to play games at 1440p, 60fps+.
And motion graphic work will usually be made at around 1080p-1440p with the occasional rare 4K edit.

I will need everything for this build, tower (micro if it's cheaper), monitor (1440p?), keyboard, mouse etc...everything.
From past experiences I don't particularly want an AMD graphics card even the new 480 and would much prefer a Nvidia, maybe a 1070? I really don't know.

It it possible to create a build for this price which will be able to handle all of this? I mean..cheaper than £1500 would be ideal but £1500 is my max.

All help will be greatly appreciated :)

Well this looks just perfect. Thanks for helping with that! I think I will wait a month or so to see how much the GPU prices fall. Is there anything you recommend I keep an eye out for in the mean time or upgrade if I get a bit more cash?

Ohh nice a lot of helpful info there! It seems like the build is solid enough already but I will definetly look into the Samsungs....actually I will probably also up the SSD GB for faster game speeds/space.
All the other recommendations seem great as well, so I will keep a hold of them ideas for future upgrading.

Thanks!!
