Gaming: Faint lines?

Hey,

Just started PC gaming again and I've noticed i get these faint lines while settings are very high...

Hopefully you can help me get rid of them...

gfx card: 1GB AMD RADEON™ HD6850
 
looks to me like it could possibly be that you are running the game in 1080p on a 720p monitor? i am no expert though and could be wrong but i did that before and had similar problem
 
You may have dead pixels? how long have u had to monitor? also the 6850 isint such a high end card :( so that may be your probem there. Also the monitor dose support 1080p so you shoudent have a problem with that but im guessing its your gpu bud
 
Looks to me like possible screen tearing? Upgrade may not be needed. Try enabling V-sync if that doesnt help download latest gpu drivers. If you still have no luck it may well be time for an upgrade if you want to play at max settings ;)
 
I have the same faint lines and I have vsync on. It's not screen tearing or dead pixels.
It looks a like scan line effect.

I can't remember my settings offhand, but they're 1080p/60 at mostly high inc AA.
Maybe it's a thing with this game and slightly older AMD cards?
 
You will not see dead pixels on a screen grab!

Do you still get them when you change to different settings?
 
You may want to Upgrade your card or do u have all the latest drivers? also this game is fairly new so it could be within the game wait for updates and see if its still the same
