Gaming headset for 360 & PC

It's my sons birthday in a few weeks and he's looking for a decent ( £60 max ) set of gaming headphones that will do both PC and 360.

Anyone have any recomendations ?

Check this one out. Me and a few friends just bought it and the sound quality is the best i've ever tried. And i've tried around 10 different headsets for various devices.

When my friend speaks through his, he sounds so clear, then when another speaks with a diff headset it sounds awful in comparison.

Deff recommend...at the current price it's a steal. Will be out of stock soon. Only 8 left at the minute. These are worth twice as much as they are asking if I compare to others of around the £60-£70 mark.

Didn't look. But just see what the proposed improvements are in the next model and compare if you want.
But obviously that's why the X11 has been reduced. IMO, newer model won't have anything to offer as the X11 sounds as good as you could hope.

So doubt it'll be worth paying for the newer one.

I use X11`s for XBOX 360 and movies etc, fantastic kit, well worth the money.



It uses a usb port to power them up and just plug the green headphone jack into the green headphone socket on your pc, couldnt be easier, oh, and the cable is well long!!!
Mine also came with the lead for the mic on the xbox360 controller, think they all do though.

Yes as Revolution states, it's really easy to switch the 2.
The wire is very long, and as a velcro tie so you can easily keep it neat and get the length you require.

Been using it a lot to chat to friends through skype while on PC and Xbox and couldn't be happier with it.

Everything is adjustable too so easily fits snuggly and they are very comfortable. Good build quality too.
