I'm playing with my creative fatal1ty headphones and asfter an hour or so they are VERY unconformtable.! Both FAR too warm, and crushc my ears!

Could I send these back to OCUK because they are too unconfy?

Anyways, even if I cant they are gash and are going in the bin.

The sound is good, but i can't wear uncomfy headphones.

I would wear my technics but they are too expensive and I don't want to break them. Apart from that they sont have an inline volume, which I need for gaming.

Sooo, any recommendations?

Cheers,

G

it all depends how old they are, give them a ring and see what they say

get some sennheiser there thebest for cumfort and sound quality, just get a desk mic, u can get headsets in them but id reccomend any of there normal headphones

I use steelseries siberias and they're the most comfortable cans I've ever had (though perhaps not rated the most uber pro for everything). They serve me well in CSS thats for sure and are pretty nifty with music. Not sure how the real audiophile phones measure up for comfort. Senn 161s look good too

I've found my Steelseries 5H v2 headset to be great for long gaming sessions but I'm not sure how well their sound quality stacks up to other options though.

Another vote for steelsound 5h V2, got mine as a replacement when my original first version started losing sound in one ear (probably due to me dropping them loads) and i find them really great.

Sennhieser pc151/161

the pads don't go over the ears - just rest on them

I used to get plantronics but every year they would need to be replaced

the senny's I got have lasted 5 years now and show no sign of stopping.

Good choice. I've got the PC166s and they're awesome for gaming. For music though I've got (Sennheiser) PX100s which are noticeably better in terms of sound quality and portability - and cheaper. No mic though which is why I got the PC166s for CS:S.

Sennheisers have always had an amazing reputation for headphones, I was going to get some for DJ'ing before I heard the one's I did get.... For music I've got my savagely bassy Technics RP-DJ1200's but they were just far too expensive to want to use all the time for gaming (I paid more for them than I did for my laptop lol). And they have such a huge frequency range that I can hear my hard drive when I've got it very loud LOL. Also no mic for voice comms.

As long as the sennys are comfy I'm sure I'll not be dissapointed. :D
