Some of you fine upstanding chaps seem to have a rapidly expanding catalogue of games and a gazillion gamer points which led me to wonder .....

How much time a night are you guys playing for?

I've only completed COD2 since I bought the 360 at Xmas and have played a little of Condemned and a Little of Kameo and a fair bit of online PGR3 and some Full Auto.

I'm trying to avoid buying a new game until I finish an old one - ie finish Condemned and Kameo and FA before I buy anymore. Looking at your sigs some of you have GRAW FA NFS FN3 and Burnout.

Are you really getting your moneys worth from a game before you buy another one?

Some people liek to play a little bit too much. I only play when mates are around and fancy a game so I play about an hour a week.

Ive got

PGR3
Condemned
DOA4
GR:AW
PDZ
NFS MW

PGR3 is basically complete, but good for onlien fun
NFS MW is complete and soon to be traded

i got Condemned cos i had vouchers running out and was only game at time that looked food; i will complete it during easter hols.

DOA4 i got cos i love the serious spent many many hours playing it :D

PDZ hasnt got as much gameplay as wanted, but i wanted this for CoOp play and its a favourite when my mate is over :)

GR:AW ive been waiting ages for and is getting plenty of time.

I wont get another game now until Tomb Raider and Top Spin 2, and thats because i really want those titles - before then i want all the other games as complete as possible, which should be too hard.

Norm id only play for a couple hours a night, but during these busy uni times 30min is lucky. And im away each weekend working so no play then :(

Certainly had my moneys worth from most titles though, maybe not so much NFS quite boring once completed

/edit

would say i got a massive Gamerscore though

My gaming hours can be up to about 8 hours a night if I chose to play that much, however, I generally play for a few hours a night and spend the rest of the time surfing on here or watching DVD's etc.

If i am gaming, then i guess...Maybe 2 to 3 hours at most a night....A massive drop to maybe a year or so ago......Would be all hours...I can go a week without touching my 360 but have been playing a lot since i got GRAW but thats now complete :(

I think it's partially down to the fact i haven't found a game thats gripped me and makes me wanna play for ridiculous amounts of hours :)

I try and play as much as possible, but cannot dedicate more then 2 hours straight for online gaming during a weekday. I just haven't the time. Although on weekends I can play online multi without probs.

Weekdays - I try to be around from 20:00-22:00
Weekends - Almost anytime tbh.

Full Auto - I don't intend to sell Full Auto yet as I love playing online when I get the chance.

PGR3 - Strong contender to be sold. I haven't played it since Jan 06 and it just bores me silly now. Mainly because of a non existant damage model and the fact that it feels very demolition derby like.

Kameo - Awaiting the multiplayer patch which is long overdue.

CoD2 - Up for sale due to me finally completing such a tedious game.

GRAW - I don't think this will ever be sold. I'm not too good at it yet, currently going through the campaign modes, but it's the 360's equivalent of Counterstrike tbh. A great thing when playing with you lot.

Fight Night 3 - Keeping no matter what. Great online/2player fun!

I'm ashamed to say I'll probably play about 5hrs on each weekday and Fridays/Saturdays usually consist of me stopping up till about 5am (start gaming about 20:00ish). Been able to get by on about 5hrs sleep a night for the last 15 years, and my wife works evenings so there's nowt else to do really.

Only day I don't get a lot of time in is a Sunday when it's usually spent doing husbandy things ;)

If i had a chance id be playing most of the night. Im self Studying for my CCSP (2 exams down so far) so that idea is out the window. I generally dont play at all each week now :(

Ill make an exception and dedicate a weekend to Oblivion maybe and then back onto the study. When ive got the CCSP its a bigtime gaming marathon for me ;)

Surprisingly little. I have a family and share the tv so only play a few hours here and there.

I tend to get really into a game, like COD2, and play it fervently, maybe up to 3 hours a night until I finish it and then have a few nights, maybe even a week off until something else takes over. I also generally don't play on live as I just can't commit myself to anything I can't pause and therefore I maybe don't get as much from a game as I could.

There are people who can read the same book over and over (my wife is one) but I'm someone who likes a new challenge. I adopt the policy of buy it, play it, sell it, move on. Why read something you've read before when there's so many new things out there.

I've quite a high achivement score, but I have had a 360 from launch. I've played and finished (in my mind) COD2, Kong, Kameo, PGR (to Gold as I'm just not good enough to get Plat), Full Auto, Fight Night, Condemned. I tried DOA4 but found it too frustrating and imo, I don't want to spend my evening just swearing and end up heading to bed in a bad mood; and PDZ which I just didn't enjoy.

I can really see Oblivion becoming a major time sink and I can't wait tbh. My 360 shelf is down to 1 title (Kameo as the wife is still playing it) in prep. for it as after 20 years game playing I finally know myself well enough not to hold onto titles "I may play again".

My only problem is I have 8 days till Oblivion ... and a Tesco superstore next door ;)

Hmmm when i first got my 360 i was playing it for a good 4-5 hrs a night, now im finding im hardly getting any use out of it due to work pressures but usually will play for an hr or 2 if i get a chance....still need to get my xbox live connection up...been too lazy to get it sorted lol:p

Depends on assignments / socials / mates

but being a student, i have all day gaming possibilites.. no wait.. after noon gaming possibilities :p ;)

I get an hour (and if i'm lucky 2hrs) a night - I usually complete a game and then sell it on, currently working my way through CoD2 (Almost done) Condemned (Just Started) GR:AW (Just Started) Just got Burnout Revenge today (Which Rocks!)

I've had and been through most of the launch titles, I think the only one I sold without completing is Kameo as other games came along - though i'll probably rent it or pick it up cheap sometime.

And i'm still working on Shenmue for the Dreamcast which I have been playing (on and off) since December 1999 lol

Not to much, I get bored of most games quickly. Only games I can really bottle for long periods on my own are CS:S and PGR3, I havent actually played CS:S in about 9months!

I'll normally play until I get stuck and quit, go back in a few days time.

Honest answer... no. I have 11 games in my front room at the moment, Condemned, NBA Live and Fight Night 3 aren't mine, so I own 8 of them.

I have only completed Call of Duty 2 (Veteran) and have hammered PGR3 (I did all steel, then bronze, then silver).

I have hardly touched Kameo or Condemned.
I haven't played GRAW since Friday night.
Perfect Dark Zero, Project Gotham Racing 3 and King Kong hardly get touched now.

But you're talking to someone who got Metal Gear Solid 3 on launch day only to not play it at all. It's been inside my PS2 once and never played.

I study games design though and as a result have a habbit of wanting to know how EVERYTHING is played.

Oh yeah, I have Oblivion coming on Friday too.

I've finished most of my games but I've still got some to do.

I wanna finish COD2 on Veteran
GRAW needs finishing
I've barely started on Condemned

I've finished:

Fifa 06
COD2 on normal
Fight Night 3
PGR3 on bronze, silver, gold and steel
Kameo
DOA4 with all characters and got all of their costumes

I haven't got all of the achievements but I've finished the main game on the bulk of my games, I won't be buying another until GRAW and Condemned are done at least once. My next game will either be Burnout Revenge 360 or Battlefield 2 on the 360 depending how it turns out. I've cained some games to death but I'm not really bored of many of them. I like to buy the odd arcade game now and again when I fancy some relaxing games.

Probably on two hours a night after I get back from the pub. A few more on the weekend.

I've just bought myself a gaming laptop, so maybe more now! :D

I try to get 3 - 4 hours in a day. More on weekends.

GRAW - Just started to play
PDZ - On hard mode on level 7
Full Auto - If I put it in now it would be completed in about 30 mins
DOA 4 - Completed story, wasn't rly hard though
PGR 3 - bought it because you have to own this game... not rly playing though
Condemned - One of the best games I have ever played. Completed
NFS:MW - Ugh... so repetitive. On Blacklist 3
Amped 3 - Completed story

Burnout will be coming next week as well as Oblivion. :)
