I have a Sammy H6400 TV which is 1080p and has ARC. My plan was to buy a Sonos Beam to use for TV, movies and games. I have since read it doesn't support DTS. As I dl all my movies as long as the audio is in AC3 format will the Beam recognise them as DD5.1?
If I upgraded to 4k at a later date would I have issues with the Beam and DTS as I believe most encoded movies also include the DTS track and not DD5.1?
Also will PC games just work as I rememebr before when I had my PC connected up to my amp I had to buy a Sound Blaster card that encoded the audio so I could connect my HTPC to my Onkyo amp.
