Gaming improvements from [email protected] to amd x3 440?

I would say that the money would be better spent on upgrading the cpu keeping your mobo/ram config as it is now.

Upgrading to an e6500 (e5200 replacement) and overclocking to 3.5ghz+ will allow you all the cpu power you need for now.

What gfx card are you running?

Hey haroon,

what is the rest of your system spec please? (GPU, mobo, mem, PSU etc) and what resolution do you game at? :)

I currently have a 4650,2gb ram,500w psu,but im wanting to sell all of it for a amd machine as i dont want to pay intels prices for a quad core which seems around 50-60% more expensive than Amds.
