Gaming issues

I have a problem with csgo (maybe not only go but will check fifa later). I'm having a connection issue, 25s mark in top right corner. On laptop everything is fine, I can play without any problems.
I moved my desktop from UK to PL, changed my MB but still have old W8.1 system. Connection itself is fine, I can watch movies online and all the games download at full speed. Wired connection

As I said, laptop is fine, desktop is problematic and I have no clue why

Erm, you have failed to mention what the problem is, only that you have one? A connection issue, as in you are unable to connect to servers? it's lagging?

You didn't mention what network adapter your desktop has either.

Looking at your previous thread, I'm guessing you have the GA-Z77X-UP7? It has two LAN ports, one controlled via an Atheros chip, and the other controlled by an Intel one, so I would try switching ports and see if that helps.
