Gaming keyboard for someone who prefers laptop style keys (heathen!)

Hi guys,

After seeing the new range of Ducky keyboards I'm sort of tempted to try one out but I much prefer typing and gaming on scissors style flat laptop keys (blasphemy here I know

). Are there any decent gaming keyboards with laptop style keys, perhaps mechanical or otherwise just decent that has n-key rollover?

I've been using the same generic no-brand keyboard for about 5+ years now but fancy a change

Looks like a possibility though would prefer without an integrated palm rest/surround.

Icet is the palm rest removable? Can u post a couple of pics of it in the flesh?

I had a hands on with the Razer Deathstalker Essential (shop didn't have the Expert) yesterday and didn't like it, it has a very cheap feel and i don't like the spacing on chiclet keys

so what now :confused:

I got the Deathstalker Expert (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-079-RA) for my birthday a few days ago and had a few hours with it at the weekend. Whilst the chiclet keys will take me a while to get used to as I'm not used to the spacing, I didnt hit a wrong key once and they do not actually feel like laptop keys as they are not clicky. The backlighting on the keyboard is excellent and greatly improves the look of it. Jury is out on the built-in wrist rest which I'd remove if I could as I think my hands are too big to benefit from it as at its base it crosses mid-palm, but I think I'll get used to it. Will report back further when I've had more time with it.
