Gaming keyboard numberpad

Hi I have a Havit gaming keyboard (magic eagle) but when i use the numpad to type in a PIN for my skystore it does not recognise it but when i use the numbers at the top of the keyboard it works. Can anyone help? thanks

have you pressed "num lock".

Go into your bios & check 'numlock on' is enabled.

It'll let you use numbers by default on the numpad.
