I'm looking for a gaming laptop and there seems to be so much choice and having never bought a gaming laptop before I'm not sure what to go for.

What I'm looking for is:

Good spec to play FPS games etc.
NOT a big bulky laptop
A good screen - ideally at least 1440p
A fair amount of storage as I guess not upgradable so say 2TB SSD
Nice keyboard

I have a price in mind of £2000-£2700 but can increase a bit if the difference in performance is worth the extra.

I've always liked the look of the Razer laptops for styling but maybe you are just paying for that?..

Thanks

Just got myself the Legion 5i pro 16 on Lenovo ebay page.

I dont think it matches your bulky requirement though Ill find out tommorow when it arrives.

16" WQXGA (2560 x 1600), IPS, Anti-Glare, Non-Touch, HDR400, 100%sRGB, 500 nits, 165Hz
12th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-12700H Processor (E-cores up to 3.50 GHz P-cores up to 4.70 GHz)
3070ti 8gb
16gb DDR5
1TB SSD

I got it on Paypal finance £300 for 6 months :)

Thanks, let me know how it is. I'd never heard of Lenovo but apparently they are pretty good.

If I could get something decent that could play the likes of Overwatch, COD etc for around that price it would be great.

Also something I hadn't thought of, apparently gaming laptops cooling can get pretty loud, so would be interested to know how that side of things are.
