Gaming Laptop -Advice very much needed

I'm currently in the market for a Gaming laptop.
Games would be things like OverWatch,Apex,WOW,POE - and those types of games coming out over the course of ownership.

I have a budget of around £1600 and wanted to get some advice as it would be my first gaming laptop purchase, so would appreciate some feedback from the more tech/laptop Savy.

I'm sure they meant it was a good budget, not the opposite

The games you have listed aren't the most demanding and currently a mobile 1660ti will run them maxed out at good framerates, overwatch will get 120 fps + average and apex 100 fps average. Not sure about Wow and PoE framerates.

Your budget would easily get you a nice laptop with a 2060 or possibly even a 2070 at a push.

Just get a 10750h Intel or 4800h amd laptop with 16gb of ram and you should have a fair amount of choice for £1600 or under.

HP Omen with a 2070 can be got, at least a 2019 model - that will smash thru all them games

The G15 has the same 144hz Panda panel as my tuf A15 and while I'm happy with it in my £1000 laptop, in a £1500 laptop I'd be wanting a better screen.

Apart from that it's the kind of specs he should be looking for.
