Gaming laptop RAM upgrade advice

hey everyone, im after some advice on a RAM upgrade for my acer preditor helios 300, model PH315-54-73YB, it also has a model number of N20C3. Im on stock at the moment, 16GB, i think its DDR4 3200. i had the idea to upgrade to a 32GB matched pair but honestly ive never tried to upgrade laptop ram and just want some advice on makes and models.

max ram supported for this unit is 64gb so with 32gb there will be no problems.
aim for 3200 tot 3600mhz buy what's cheap.

Are you able to change the settings in the bios (like voltage & XMP)? You normally need standard memory (non-gaming, which runs at 1.2v). You can check what you have now with CPU-Z and some memory manufacturers like Kingston have a compatibility checker.
