Gaming laptop

Howdy, posting this on a friends behalf. Basically he's looking for a good gaming laptop and has at maximum £700 to spend.

He was looking at these 2:

Just wondering if it's worth spending the extra money and what sort of games can each run? He's looking to play things such as Fallout 3, L4D and Call of Duty Modern Warefare 2. Cheers for taking your time to read this!

The 9600 GT is a fair bit faster than the ati one in that link, benchmarks would indicate anywhere between 30-50%, so you could probably play the next detail level up.

I'd always go for the best i can afford and you do get good spec for money with the Acers, have a quick search on here as quite a few have the those Acers listed.
