Hey All

Looking for a gaming laptop budget is 850 max i reckon ideally i5-i7 with a good GPU 6-8 GB ram will do also doesnt need to be anything overkill

Anything like that in my budget range?

Probably a MSI GE60 0ND-463UK: 15.6-inch Full HD LED Gaming Laptop (Intel Core i7 3630QM 2.4GHz, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 750GB HDD, Nvidia GeForce 2GB GDDR5 GTX 660M Graphics Card, USB 3.0, HDMI, DVD SuperMulti, Bigfoot Killer E2200, THX TruStudio Pro Audio, Windows 8), but price is more like just under £900 if you can google around.

I'm in the same situation as you and looking at Y500 for £750 on a website base in Amazonas:D Is I7, 8Gb ram, 650m 2 Gb and 1080p there is backlit keyboard and bay for second 650m that in SLI have similar performed as 670m.

You cant buy ultrabay graphic card in U.K for now... but from ebay is £150/180 if you can get one. Any one can give us some more info on that Y500 as I really want one.

I contacted Lenovo Czech in the week who stock the additional SLI card. However they would not deliver to the UK. Rumor has it, the SLI will not make it to the UK.
I'm currently playing Tomb Raider (2013) on high settings clocked 1150mhz core and 2800mhz memory with no issues. Just ran the in game BM and get average of 40.9fps on 1080 high settings
FSX also plays fine with REX addon.

Lenovo Y580 is not worth it as the GT650m is the same card with lesser clock speed. Exactly the same Kepler chip. O/c the 650m and it's beyond 660m speeds anyhow for £100+ less.
