Hi

I am tempted to buy this laptop http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=LT-134-MS&tool=3 to take the place of my tower as losing the room I used for my pc to the kids

Has anyone used this model or is there any others I should consider in the same price range, it will be used to play BF4, LFD2, Crysis 2 and mainly any other first person shooters, also like a blast on F1 2012 as well.

Any advice appreciated.

If you can stretch your budget a little, try and get this:

If I am working on a budget I first look at the GFX card. The above laptop has a GTX 870M and should breeze through all the FPS games you have mentioned. A GTX 860M or lower will struggle.

Thing is I really need the 17" screen.

I wouldn't be spending that sort of cash and getting an AMD CPU they're just no match for Intels mobile offerings, take a look at some of the other MSI models you should be able to get 17" i7 and decent GPU for an extra £100 or so which is nothing when you're spending this sort of cash and want it to last.
