Gaming laptop

My girlfriend has mentioned she's thinking of getting a gaming laptop as her little brother has basically taken over her PC. So I thought I would get her one as a surprise.

I've been out of the loop regarding specs etc for years.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Needs to last a while - at least semi future proof.
Gaming wise I don't think she will play any major graphic intensive games, only stuff such as LoL, Dead by Daylight etc.
Primary use will be for gaming though.
No set budget but ideally not more than £750, anything less is a bonus.

What's the specs of her occupied gaming PC? For that price you're in 1050/Ti territory so not brilliant performance. If you'd stretch to 900 you may be able to get a GTX1060 3GB/6GB I'm sure a 1050Ti would be ok atually for that game, I played it at max 1080P with AA turned down on a HD7970 not sure how a 1050 would stack up to that.
