Gaming mic?

I've seen a few, but i hate the idea of listening through headphones when i have my nice 5.1 surround sound speakers. I also have a top quality pair of sony headphones if I ever feel that way inclined.

And ideas?

Speed-Link Elara clip-on mic, can be worn or positioned above/below your monitor. Works ecxeptionally well and is only a fiver delivered.

Theres a Logitech Desktop mic on a boom for about £17, very good sound quality compared to ANY mic I've had before, didnt even need the +db boost selected.
I wouldnt use a mic without headphones on, its a bit selfish to bombard other users with explosions, game music and whatnot.
Also this isnt about PC games, the forum you've posted on.

i just bought some cheap ear piece off the bay for like £4 but dont ** the ear piece, does the job
