Gaming Monitor - Advice Needed

HI all.

Looking to take the plunge and finally grab myself a gaming monitor.

Ideally looking for the following:

2k - 2560x1440
24-27 Inch
Freesync 2 - (Or Nvidia Compatible - 1070 GFX)
£250-£300

Anyone have any recommendations off the top of their head?

Any thoughts on the AOC AGON AG241QX

Would love to but it's more a multi-use monitor really.

I would have loved one of these when I used to be a programmer.

Don't really have the space for it either at the moment. 27" would be pushing it on the desk I've got now!

So i'm thinking/looking at:

AOC AGON AG241QX
Dell S2719DGF
MSI Optix MAG27CQ/MAG271CQR

Edging towards the Optix MAG271CQR - Seems to have a few freebies with it too at the moment
