Can some spec me what they consider to be a good monitor for fps gaming primarily and general computing secondary, I gonna be probably getting a 4870x2 or 4890 to power it and its gotta be 24" or more and look good next to a Black Silverstone Fortress case so the last on my list would be one of those rose black sammys. Min £200 max £350.

thx steve

yeah i been looking at the dell monitors today, i like the look of the Dell SP2309W 23" Widescreen but its got some strange resolution and will probably make me go blinder than I am at present. 24" and 1920x1200 should be good for my eyesight and gaming etc. I'm typing this on a 17" 1920x1200 lappy screen and its rather small. Are the ultrasharp dells good for games?

now i've gone and added that NEC 24 WMGX3 to my possible purchases, question is whether to click buy or find something cheaper?

I don't think you'll beat the 24" NEC for the price. :)

Looking into getting one myself for gaming.
