I know this should be in the monitor forum but I tried that and didn't get any input. This is really a gaming question anyway.
Stupid question maybe. I want to run a 3 monitor set up for BF3/4 at the moment but really for Star Citizen. I have a 120hz (with 240hz 'Turbo') main monitor and 2 75hz side monitors, anyone know if this will cause issues?
Also what sort of fps drop will I get running through a R9 290 at 1080p.
Cheers!

I use to run 3x1080P monitors before moving to 4K 40". The middle one was a 120Hz monitor, the two side ones were 60Hz.

When gaming the middle would max out at 60Hz if I was running it across all 3 using either Surround (Nvidia) or Eyefinity (AMD). Likely you'd end up running all three at 75Hz however with an R9 290 you'd never hit 75FPS anyway with Star Citizen at least in it's current unoptimised form. To give you an idea here's a performance vid I made when I upgraded my GPU to a 980, it's recorded at 1080p x3 and squished down to fit on a single 1080P screen, hence the letterbox.

That's brilliant, thanks mate. Didn't know if you could tweak the invidual hz settings for the monitors in Eyefinity but that's answered my question.
See ya spaceside!
