Gaming Motherboard Gigabyte?

Hi i am building a new gaming pc and was looking at spending no more then £180 on a board. Was looking at the Gigabyte series is this a good choice?

Gigabyte Z97X-SOC Force Intel Z97 or this Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H-BK or go with Asus?

The cpu i will be adding to this is intel Devil's Canyon Core i7 4790K does this work well?

Both are great boards but the gigabyte gets my vote due to warranty. As for the cpu itwill be fine and should oveclock well.
What do you have in mind for the rest of the parts?
