Can someone recommend a gaming mouse and keyboard.

Dont care if its wireless or wired I just want something reliable, I currently have a logitech bluetooth desktop thats an absolute nightmare so if wired is a better solution so be it.

Money no object

Thanks
Dave

Microsoft recluser (Made by Razor) or G15 keyboard,

And a Logitec G9 mouse.

Thats my choice, i have the G9 and the Microsoft keyboard. Both are awsome,

I prefer the G9 over razor mice, but some people prefer the razors - i personally don't find them flexable enough, they don't have changable weights and covers like the G9

I use a Razer Deathadder and a Logitech G15.

Mouse is the best i have used bar none (IMO) i've previously had the Intellimouse explorer, saitek gaming mouse, saitek GM3200 (big mistake), Razer Copperhead, Razer Diamondback and finally the Deathadder. More responsive and fluid than the others and certainly worth the asking price.

Keyboard wise i have had 2 version 1 Saitek Eclipse's. Great keyboards and a good price. Got the Logitech as #1 i like the quality of their products and #2 i could not afford the Razer keyboard. :(

The G15 is a little gimmicky but it's key stroke responsiveness and tactile nature make it a good keyboard.

Now think I am finally settled on a reclusa keyboard and deathadder mouse.
Nice choice - would love a reclusa.

Here's an old pic of my setup withe the G15 and Deathadder.

Can you still not turn the backlights off on the Reclusa? Thats the only feature that stopped me buying one

No, they can't be turned off. I have a Reclusa and I can honestly say that the backlight is better than on the Saitek Eclipse I had previously. On the Eclipse it was hard to read the keys with the backlight on in daylight but it's not a problem on the Reclusa.

yeah, but my PC is often on overnight, or i turn off my monitor and watch a film on my TV in a dark room. Having a blue glowing desk would annoy the hell out of me!
