Gaming mouse..

I want to buy the Logitech G9 but i am put off it by the fact it looks so big! I only have small hands so im wondering if it will be too big?

What gaming mouse would best suit small hands?

I bought a G9 to replace a Razer Diamondback and if anything, I find the mouse a little small. Here are a couple pictures I took to compare size. The G9 comes with two 'skins'. The one in the pictures is the wide one. tbh though, the mouse feels a lot smaller than it looks. Also, it's not quite as wide as it looks in the first picture. The button on the left is where the side of the mouse is. The space after is the thumb rest.
